Oceansat-3A is an Indian satellite designed along with Oceansat-3, launched in 2022, to provide service continuity for operational users of the Ocean Colour Monitor (OCM) instrument on Oceansat-2. It will also enhance the potential of applications in other areas. The main objectives of OceanSat-3A are to study surface winds and ocean surface strata, complete observations of chlorophyll concentrations, monitor phytoplankton blooms, and study atmospheric aerosols and suspended sediments in the water.

The India Mauritius Joint Satellite (IMJS) is being developed by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in collaboration with the Mauritius Research and Innovation Council (MRIC). IMJS satellite is built on ISRO Nano Satellite (INS) -2 Bus with an advanced multispectral imager payload having a wide variety of applications in various domains.
