Booster 21 and Ship 41 are the Starship booster and upper stage that launched together on Starship Flight 14, the first orbital launch of Starship.
Fourteenth flight of Starship and Super Heavy. Flight 14 was the first orbital launch of Starship, and first launch of an operational payload. Starship successfully reached orbit and deployed all payloads, but the mission duration was shortened from ~10 hours to ~3 hours after a Raptor Vacuum engine shutdown early during the ascent.
The Flight 14 stack — Booster 21 and Ship 41 — conducted a Wet Dress Rehearsal (WDR) to verify the vehicles and ground support equipment function as intended during countdown ahead of launch.
